Belo SunExpert Perfecting Shield Tinted Sunscreen

Belo SunExpert Perfecting Shield Tinted Sunscreen
Bought for: 110pts | Original Price: P449
Bought from: Sample Room

Claims: Get superior sun protection plus that flawless no-makeup look everyday. Use alone for instant perfecting coverage or layer under your favorite foundation or powder. SPF50 and PA+++ ensures broad spectrum protection against harmful UV rays. Tone Adapt Technology evens out skin tone, conceals fine lines, wrinkles and other imperfections. Cell Protect strengthens skin'd defense against premature skin aging. Paraben-free. Non-comedogenic. Hypoallergenic. Dermatologist-tested.

I guess pretty much everyone dreaded aging skin. Even on early 20s, sunscreens or sunblocks are necessary to keep your skin healthy and glowing. What better way to prevent premature aging than daily application of sunscreen. Nada. While I could simply slather a good amount of sunscreen all over my face, I was always stopped by the stereotype that sunscreens or sunblock lotions are sticky enough for consideration. However, there comes this moment when I do not have to worry anymore about my face turning into an oil slick when there could be a sunscreen slash tinted moisturizer to address my skin concern--oily and blemished.

A year ago, Belo Tinted Sunscreen has been in the shelves of Sample Room. Unfortunately, right before I place an order, it became soldout. It took few months before SR restocked and I thought, '"Okay, save time! Gonna getcha before you ran out!"

And so that's pretty much the reason of this blogpost--to rave that I only got this full-size tube by paying only P110 (plus another product) whe it's priced at P400+ originally! Joke lang po. Hahaha. Big thanks to Sample Room! Please do take note that I am not in anyway associated with their team nor working for them. All of the things I'm saying are purely my own.

Anyway, onto the review!!!

The packaging comes in a tube which I very much prefer than with bottles because dispensing products is so easy with a little tapping motion and squeezing. It also comes with a sleek gold cap that's tight and a small pointed nozzle that prevents any mess and leakage.

The product does not have any foul smell and does not really reeks of typical sunblock scent but it has that particular 'Belo' fragrance which, if I am not mistaken, is very similar to the AcnePro Kit. Also, the product has atleast 3 year life span so it would be staying long in my stash.

This product has a whopping SPF50 which really could protect your skin from sun's damaging rays. However, be more careful and reapply as necessary as possible for further protection. Good thing, sun this January isn't as harsh as the previous month!

The shade that is only available at Sample Room is this one in shade medium to deep. However, the Tone Adapt Technology is very functional that I really feel like this shade suits me even though I'm usually more on the fair side.

What's good about this sunblock too is how it leaves no traces of white cast on skin--a signature of sunblocks. With this, gone are the days when we dread the greasy feeling and white cast brought to us by sunscreens! Seriously, this product dries to a very lightweight finish, you won't think you have anything on.

To be honest, I have never tried a sunblock before quite as light as this. The product dries easily into a demi-matte finish that's also easy to blend on the skin. Sometimes, I tend to have excess products because it feels like my skin can't take any more of it, but Belo SunExpert Perfecting Shield Tinted Sunscreen is just so awesome, I can't get over it.

Using this for a period of two weeks or more, I concluded that this suits my oily skin because it does not break me out, just a few ones from my red and stress days. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for budget-friendly sunscreens in the market!

Sorry for being inactive lately, by the way. School, you know.

Til my next post! Happy blogging!

Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser Review

Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser
Bought from: Watsons, SM Manila
Bought for P299

Many well-known bloggers commend Maybelline Pore Eraser for it acts like a primer that blurs out imperfections, specifically large pores. At first, I thought it was really a primer but the saleslady I asked for information about this product said that Maybelline produces no primer at all. I was like, oh yeah?

I was thinking of getting this pore eraser months before but I just cannot spend P300 bucks for a primer. I don't know what's with the sudden change of mind though.

Anyway, review proper, the packaging is so cute, I'm in loved with mint-colored stuff! It also comes in a squeeze tube with small pointed nozzle that dispenses products well. Just like I always say, I'm a big fan of products-on-tube because packaging-wise they are more safe for travel than if they are made of glass.

Pore eraser has a gel-like consistency, clear in color, just like most primers in the market. It very much reminds me of QuickFX and Banila Co Primer but this one has a thinner texture. It also dries fast and into a soft and lightweight finish.

Ingredients, claims, and instructions

During application, you only have to apply a very small amount. In my case, a quarter portion of a pea-size is already sufficient to my face and neck. What I usually notice is my face turns brighter and even better a canvass than without this. I could not precisely tell if it makes my makeup last longer because I have super oily skin and foundations tend to oxidize fast, prolly faster than anyone I know with oily skin. So...I can't really tell if it works in that department. Maybe a bit, maybe not. I guess it's really a champ in providing a good canvas though as it does not make my foundation tacky or cakey, whatsoever.

I also like that it has no foul smell or what. It also does not break me out and because it does not break me out, I think this product will not clog pores either. On the other hand, this product does not control shine for a longer period (only a max of an hour in my case with commute).

There is a much more affordable primer, the Quick FX, very similar to Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser, and though it's hard to compare and contrast, much less to choose the better one, I would still prefer Quick FX for its price. Still, this does not change the fact that I fell in love with this pore eraser.

I highly recommend it to those who are in a tight budget like me but does not want to compromise quality. Hey, school girls! I feel ya. Can you recommend any affordable primer? I'm thinking of Elizavecca's!

Tried this? Thoughts? Happy blogging!

RMK Whitening Deodorant Review

***This post was updated on March 07, 2018.***

RMK Whitening Deodorant, 100ml
Bought for: P250 | Original Price: P320
Bought from: an online shop

Claims: Be amazed in just 1 week. Best for excessive sweating, body odor, dark pits chicken skin, underarm lines and likes. Safe for teenagers, lactating and nursing moms. Proven safe and effective.

Ingredients: Calamansi Extract, Licorice Extract, Vitamin C and 3% Aluminum Chloride

Uneven underarms, chicken skin and body odor could be every girl's main underarm concern. I can feel you. These are probably what triggers this search-for-effective-underarm-deodorant operation I have been doing for years. Yes. Years.

Now, I could say I have found a silver amongst stainless jewels! I had to make sure that before I jump into the trendy, I know that it's going to be effective. So girls, please consider other people's review first to lessen disappointments. What a terrible feeling that is.

The product comes in typical spray bottles but I prefer these type because they are tight and the liquid that comes out looks fine and spread out. You can easily spray it directly on your pits and just let it dry for few seconds or if you have time to spare, use a cotton pad/ball and you'll see that this product does not only deodorize but remove excess dirt from your pits too! The bottle is transparent enough for you to get a good look on what's inside. It also displays the claims, ingredients, manufacturing and expiry dates on the bottle.

There are two variations that you should know when purchasing an RMK Whitening Deodorant. It comes either in a regular bottle with a twist cap or a pump. The latter is pricier and I guess it is because you're also paying for convenience. You can also choose either from the 60ml (if you are just about testing out)or 120ml bottle which is what I got because I get to save a few more bucks. If you are already accustomed to it, you can buy the bigger bottles with 250ml inside (again it comes in either a twist cap and pump) or you can purchase the huge bottles with 500ml or 1000ml of product inside.

The product does not smell so overpowering though it smells like it has a little alcohol on it. Or probably it's only the aluminum chloride.

There's so many things I like about it. First, the product dispenses easily. It also dries fast without leaving your underarm sticky or greasy. For short, no need to fan your skin or stay in front of an air conditioner and wait a little longer for it to dry. It also feels so smooth and soft once dried! However, this deodorant leaves skin looking dry. Sometimes, the product itself tends to build up and create a patchy/flaky texture. It will be gone after a few minutes though or once the skin perspires a bit. It also is able to control excessive sweating and prevent odor like magic!

Unlike other commercial deodorants, this one does not cause yellowing on our favorite shirts and does not create a foul odor. It's just awesome on its own! Using it overtime will help you get rid of chicken skin and makes the skin there appear brighter. It may be a little pricey compared to other deodorants, but come to think of it, a single pump on the underarm is more than enough already and since it has 120ml of product inside, it definitely will last you months! I had it for like 3 months--making it a really good value for money.

All claims are true! I haven't consumed all of the products yet but I could say that it's one promising product. I have consumed all products and I can say that it's definitely a promising product. All the rave reviews are true, all the positive feed backs are well-deserved. I love it, I would definitely repurchase and I recommend it to those who wants to achieve softer, smoother and brighter underarm skin!

Beauty Fix Peel Off Mask (Whitening and Pore Minimizer) Review

Beauty Fix Peel-Off Mask Whitening and Pore Minimizer
Bought from: Watsons, SM Manila
Bought for: P20 something

I know it's quite not right to give rave reviews about a product that you haven't used for a long time much less if you haven't tried a plethora of peel-off masks. But I think products that need not to be maintained to achieve a significant effect can be an exception. In this case, I instantly fell in love with Beauty Fix Peel-off Mask because even though it's my first time to try it, I already witnessed a tremendous effect on my skin.

This Beauty Fix Peel-off Mask very much reminds me of iWhite's in terms of consistency, texture and color--creamy white, glue-like consistency like Elmer's which dries in a matter of more or less 15 minutes, still depends on temperature and amount you put on.

One sachet has 10g of products inside which I think could be used twice but I rather slather all into my face because I do not have more time in the world than I did last Friday (Fortunately, I got no school work to do!) Prolly, the next time I think of pampering myself with another peeling session, the formula's dried already.

Claims, Ingredients, Directions for use, Manufacturing and Expiry Dates

The products comes in a sachet so if you're not willing to use everything in one session, store it upright to avoid spillage. By the way, you may want to purchase the one in tubes (full size) so you can use it anytime, anywhere you want!

This product is so easy to use but messy so keep your patience intact please lol. What you are advised to do is cleanse your face first and and apply a generous amount of Beauty Fix Peel-off mask. I advise that you take the direction seriously especially the one saying to avoid parts with hair. I'm hairy all over so it's such a pain. For real. While your mask is still drying, do what you need to do. Let the minty effect refresh you and your tired skin!

As I was saying, peeling the dried mask is so painful especially for those with hairy faces like me (huhu)! I even ended up removing excess hair from the area around my mouth, outer cheeks and forehead! Tiis-ganda ang peg talaga. It's either shave your face first or face the risk.

Actually, the reason I tried peel-off mask is because I had tiny bumps on cheek area. It's not like I can maintain weekly or even monthly facial so I had to resort to peel-off masks that can also remove dirt from clogged pores and other unfathomable things on your face lol. I haven't had hopes with this but the results are good enough for a rave review.

Can you spot the difference between my pre and post peeling sesh? I had to tell you that I haven't use any filters for these photos. Look how firm, smooth, soft with less obvious pores my skin became. It's not as if my pores were gone but BeautyFix Peel-off mask gave it a more subtle appearance. My skin looks more glowing and brighter too! The bumps lessened! I just had to apologize for having acne /pimple marks which I haven't gotten rid off even after all these years. See, I do not have perfect skin. It's not even close to. I'm quite ashamed to post my bare photos especially up close but I have to. Beautyfix deserves justice. Kudos to the creator! Love it!

Now, I'm thinking of repurchasing. I also recommend it to those who wants to achieve an instant bright, firm, soft and smooth skin in in less than 30 minutes! However, if you have mild to zero pain tolerance, forget about it. For now, cheers to my recent skin care buddy! You deserve a special place in my stash.

Have you tried it? Share your thoughts down below! Happy blogging!

Purederm Argan Oil Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes Review

Purederm Argan Oil Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes
Bought from: Watsons, SM Manila
Bought for: P99

Claims: Gently cleanse, tone and remove make-up. Made of a precious blend of Argan Oil and Vitamin E to restore hydration and softness. Ideal for all skin types. It gently remove eyeliner, shadow, lipstick, blush and even waterproof mascara without skin irritation. These ultrasoft towelettes provides a complex blend of Argan Oil, Vitamin E, Green Tea and Aloe Vera to gently cleanse, tone and resurface skin texture.

*See photo below for the list of the ingredients

I have been obsessed about cleansing wipes ever since I appreciated its convenience when all I wanted was to get rid of makeup and sleep at the end of a tiresome day. I tried almost every cleansing wipes that can be bought at supermarkets but I guess there's pretty much difference in terms of use and effectiveness. And since I hear nothing but rave reviews about Purederm Argan Oil Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes, I finally surrender to my whim and bought this last  December.

If I am not mistaken, Purederm come up with cleansing wipes in two variants: Collagen and Argan Oil--the one I have since bloggers and youtubers always get this variant instead of the other. Talk about jumping into the bandwagon!

The product comes in an easy open plastic that is resealable thus prevents moisture from coming out. I guess the amount you spend on it quite justify the number of wipes it has which is 30 sheets. It also would last you a month so you won't need additional mask to clean your skin. The whole product is quite bulky but I would prefer bringing this for easy touch-ups.

The cleansing wipe are soft and smooth to the touch and does not have any hint of alcohol in the product. It also smells so nice and refreshing without the overpowering fragrances of perfumes. One sheet at a time is enough to clean my face and make it more radiant, I don't know with those with dry skin.

Purederm Argan Oil Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes can really remove makeup but you have to scrub it on your face a few times before you erase everything.  Almost everyone said this could remove even the most stubborn traces of makeup and dirt on the face but I can't really testify on this part because I didn't notice a significant effect on my skin even after using this everyday. Also, it does not perform heavy duty task like removing waterproof makeup probably because the gentleness on it still weighs more.

I would love to repurchase but I'm up to adventure.

Zale Loose Foundation Beauty Powders in Tan and Bright Review

Claims: A fine texture loose powder, created to give a glow and natural fair-looking skin with UV protection, oil control and anti-acne.

Ingredients: Talc, Dimethicone, Titanium Dioxide, Aluminum Hydroxide, Hydrogen Dimethicone, Fragrance, C177482, Sodium Benzoate, CI 77491, Allantoin, Triclosan

A couple of days after Christmas, I received a package from Zale Skin Care. I would like to think of it as a late Christmas gift so please give me this okay? Minsan lang ako maging feelingera lol. Anyway, what they sent me really got me so ecstatic not just because I feel so blessed but because they are loose powders! The makeup enthusiast in me got so kilig ofc. They sent me two bottles each of their available shades which are bright and tan. Bright caters to those who have fair complexion, tan, however, are intended for those with darker skin tone. In my opinion, neither of them has great coverage but I still like both anyway because they make skin shine-free and soft like baby's butt.

These loose powders come in typical powder bottles and are strongly-fragranced. It very much reminds me of grandma perfumes and other skin care products that could pass as classic. It never bothers me though because I've tried loose powders before with almost similar scents.

The powder pigments, surprisingly are very fine--it's texture is quite different from baby powders I have tried. Don't get me wrong, I love baby powders and I'm still using them til now for retouch but I like Zale Beauty Powders better because of its finely-milled talc that could create a soft look, I always think it is capable of blurring pores and other skin care imperfections effortlessly without the risk of having white cast.

As you can see on the swatches, both Bright and Tan have strong orange shade but won't make your face really orangey. In fact, it turns kinda nude on my skin when applied. I don't know if that's magic or what, but even with this undertone, my skin wouldn't look awkward.

I like applying Zale Beauty Powders when I feel like sporting a no-makeup makeup look or that if I want to use it alone for sheer and lightweight coverage. What I usually do is put a sufficient amount of powder on my hands, grab a powder brush, dip it into the powder and swirl it on my face to give an almost airbrush look and to minimize shine and dewiness caused by foundations.

What I like most about it is that even though it only provides a sheer coverage, it somehow blurs out imperfections to make skin look fresh without turning the foundation cake-y, thus, making it a good setting powder that helps makeup last longer.

On the other hand, it only prevents oiliness for at least an hour without me doing too much activity. Therefore, unless you do not have super oily face, retouch is necessary.

Using these everyday for weeks now does not trigger any adverse reactions like breakouts so there's not much to worry about. Each bottle can be availed at a super affordable price, surely, will not break the bank. With this, I would highly recommend these Zale Beauty Powder to anyone no matter what skin type you have. Be protected under the sun with its built-in UV protection!

Have you tried these? Don't you know it's currently the hottest loose powder in the organic world right now? Until my next post, everyone. Happy blogging!

December Haul: Sponsored, Bought, Given

Hey, everyone! I know it's past holiday season but I waited until all my parcels from different shops arrived before I made this article. It took me a while to finally have all my online purchases on-hand as they got stuck at different couriers, thus late blog post. Even if shipping and order processing got delayed, I still would prefer online shopping because they are hassle-free and made me avoid the Christmas rush. Anyway, I do hope you all had amazing vacation with all your time being spent with families and loved ones!

And for my haul...

I bought some new foundations because I am running out of my ultimate favorite Maybelline Superstay Foundation. Also bought them because they seem to be much-raved products by other bloggers so. It was also perfect timing that bonmarchepage.com offers additional 15% off on top of already discounted items last January 1-2 so I had to hoard. For your information, I think bonmarchepage.com sells the most affordable authentic makeups in the Philippines. See it for yourself!

Revlon Colorstay Makeup with Pump, (P600) P510
Covergirl Outlast Stay Luminous Foundation, (P350) P300
Covergirl Ultra Smooth Hair Smoothing Foundation, (P199) P170
Maybelline Master Contour by Face Studio, (P350) P300

I have bought other foundations from bonmarchepage but they haven't yet arrived. They are all makeup items such as the Loreal True Match and Infallible Pro-Matte Foundations and Rimmel Brow This Way. Below are some other stuff I bought from Watsons as additional gift to myself. I think I deserve all this for being so hardworking this year. Lol.

Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser (bought from Watsons), P299
Purederm Argan Oil Cleansing Wipes (bought from Watsons, P99

I actually bought skirts from Novo last December but decided not to share them here just because. Anyway, I purchased the following stuff the last time I dropped by.

Acrylic Fashion Sticky Hooks, P25/ea
Food bags, P45
Scotch Tapes, P10
Double-sided tape, P15

I also bought skin care products from Lily's Touch, finally, after months of reading all the good reviews about them. They are quite pricey so I hope they'll work for me.

Miracle Cream with Sunscreen, (P450) P270
Miracle Soap, (P250) P90
Diamond Polish, (P750) P525
Medicated Astringent, (P350) P280

And here's the stuff some of my relatives and friends have given me. I love them all! Thank you!

Sling bag
Watsons Bath Sets
'Wakas' Book--a published book made by my cousin
Olay Soaps

Of course, I also bought stuff from my current favorite online buy and sell site: Shopee. The RMK Whitening Deo has been bombarded with loads of good reviews so I really wanted to try it.

RMK Whitening Deodorant, (P320) P250
Makeup Revolution Bronzer in Bronzed, (P250) P125

Products given by sponsors are down below. Thank you so much guys for he trust! I'll never forget these simple gestures of yours.

Zale Beauty Powders in Bright and Tan, P45/ea
Lipz Diva Lipsticks in Toxic, Naughty Girl and Roar, P150/ea

As you can see, most of the items are on sale. It's sometimes fun being a cheapskate and everything because hunting products at such an amazing deal is what I am always looking forward too. I know I scored good finds last month because there's discount on top of its already discounted price especially on all those foundations. I am not in anyway paid by bonmarchepage but feel free to browse their site for affordable yet authentic products!

Til my next post! Happy blogging!

I, In Beautiful Places

In the tallest skyscrapers, on television, radio and print, on credits along film wrap-ups, too many to mention because a communication major has almost everywhere to be. They say we're lucky to take this degree, lucky to have many careers to pursue. Sometimes I think it's easy to pick, but the hindrances are true.

People are all dreaming, if not talking, where would they be after graduation. Encountering people who seem so sure about what their future would be is something I could be so jealous of. Being able to picture themselves as individuals of profession is something I find so amazing,  at least they know what they want. This is not because I think where I am now is not where I should be or that I was misplaced. It's more about me being confused as to what I am really destined to be. There were countless reflections to my past, to all endeavors I took, to all the communication-related activities I underwent, to no avail. I used to think my intelligence and talents would not suffice what it takes to be a successful woman--a silly thought I couldn't think where it came from.

If I am to write my future, I can't write all the best, but I can play with possibilities. I learned long ago that it does not matter where I rank or that if my grades were equivalent to Bs or Cs, rather it's the joy that I get with everything I do that truly matters. The key word is joy and I see this whenever I'm writing.

I see the possibility only I can look at and imagine. I see myself smiling as I write beautiful thoughts. I see creases on my forehead every time my mind gets blank or every time my thoughts are overflowing that I suddenly can't really pick the proper words to complete my paragraph. I see myself sleeping so soundly after brainstorming a mind-wrecking story. But it's alright because I am too interested to notice.

I have always been so enthusiastic about having a safe haven with a desk, a computer of my own, pieces of documents I still couldn't figure out what's written on, stacks and piles of newspapers and books and a window I could look at and catch a glimpse of the outside world. I needed that to refresh my mind and catch little stories from people below who have no idea that I am making a story out of them. If that sounds like being a crazy writer at a prestigious company, then so be it.

Even blogging which has been relatively unheard of few years back has been a profession I see myself pursuing. Why not? It's a channel to express my thoughts when I feel like I can't hold them back any longer.

There would also be times when I will try to break free from stress because even when you do love what you are doing, you still get tired of it like how it used to be with someone special. But seriously, exploring places to feed the wanderlust in me would be a goal few months from now. I imagine myself getting tanned from beaches, standing tall at peaks of mountains, selfie-ing or even groupie-ing with animals because I believe that facing fears helps someone grow and make them even stronger as a person.

It's too soon to think of my life 10 years ahead but I would still want to be under the roof of my parents. If I am aiming towards a brighter future and a good career, it will be because I am motivated by them. It's true, once a home, always a home. My life began there and will end all the same.

Silk Secrets Aloe Vera and Powdered Oil Control Sheets Review

Silk Secrets Aloe Vera Oil Control Sheets
Bought for: P30+
Bought from: Watsons, SM Manila

Ever since I got familiar to the use of blotting papers, I just could not let myself ran out of it anymore given my super duper oily skin. Unfortunately, oily on ALL parts and areas. And since I could not find any products to significantly reduce my severe oil production, I tend to rely on affordable yet potent products that could help me get over with this unceasing knot every day. And because I am too sincere in finding the best control sheets there is in the beauty market, here's two from a drugstore brand named Watson. Won't talk about them anymore, oh come on, everyone knows what Watson's in-store to everyone.

Silk Secrets Aloe Vera Oil Control Sheets aims to removes oil and dirt from skin, keeps face shine-free with its soft and gentle formula and its handiness. It comes in mint-colored thin absorbent papers that are really soft and gentle. Unfortunately, the sheets are averagely thin and could tear up easily once oil is absorbed so try to pat with a light hand. Moreover, it does not absorb too much oil from my face so another sheet is necessary to somehow reduce the shine on the skin.

I prefer the type of packaging which allows consumers to take one sheet at a time rather than how Silk Secrets Oil Control Sheets are packaged as I tend to "over-pull" sheets and end up wasting them because I can't easily return them back.

Silk Secrets Powdered Blotting Paper
Bought for: P60+
Bought from: Watsons, SM Manila

In all honesty, I like the Powdered Blotting Paper better than the Aloe Vera variant. No wonder it is pricier because it is more functional with the accompanied fine powder pigments so you sort of absorb oil while instantly imparting a fresher complexion, saving a little extra effort. However, I am not much a fan of its scent because it smells like typical pressed powders infused with chemicals, if you get what I mean.

The Powdered Blotting Paper has thicker sheets prolly because of the powder but it is still not tear-proof even with light hands. Still, I would love to recommend this because it really removes oil from the skin making it look fresh and shine-free. The best part? Each are super affordable given the large amount of sheets inside so I still think it's worth a try.

Poke me once you decided to purchase one for yourself, will you? Happy blogging!

Unlike typical soaps, this one is unusually larger in size for which it is composed of 135g of product. The packaging is very simple but with essential information like claims and ingredients. However, the only ingredients displayed are the active ones so I do not have any idea as to which the highest concentration belongs too.

This bar smells citrusy but not as overwhelming as you think. It also lathers richly on wet skin and does not turns mushy easily. In fact, this soap is unusually hard to the core that when I once tried to divide the bar in smaller portions, they break into smaller parts like hardened candle wax. So do not attempt to do what I did or end up wasting them.

I could not say I love this soap so much because I tried better ones before with the same claim to exfoliate and brighten the skin without drying it. However, I like it still because it does what it claims no more, no less. I appreciated the honest claims as it does not exaggerate like the ones I have tried prior which said that they will lighten the skin in as fast as one week but to no avail.

Moreover, even though it is composed of powerful ingredients which when taken in huge amount can be harmful, it still remains gentle on skin. With this, I did not experience irritation, itchiness or other unfavorable reactions.

Pure Skin Rituals Snowflake Intensive Brightening Face Cream SPF45

Claims: Gives brighter and smoother complexion, fades skin discoloration, prevents acne and reduces large pores with Kojic Acid, Arbutin, Glutathione, Azelaic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Vitamin C and B3, SPF 45

This cream comes in an opaque plastic bottle and a cute printed design like their soap. Important information like claims and ingredients are displayed but not the manufacturing and expiry dates (just like the soap). It also comes with a pump which I find kinda hard to dispense product at first. When you experience the same thing. just pump many times until you are able to get the product inside. However, after some trials, the pump seemed to be not working so well again. I don't know if all bottles are like this but I think mine's dysfunctional.

What I like about this product is that half a pea-sized amount is already enough to moisturize both my face and neck. Indeed, as you say, a little goes a long way. It also has that mild to barely-there scent which is perfect for scent sensitives.

The cream has a white, thick and creamy consistency that blends easily on the skin. Surprisingly, despite its viscosity, it does not feel sticky, oily or greasy on the skin. In fact, it dries to a lightweight finish, suitable for all skin types indeed.

Using this for weeks together with the soap does not cause me any irritation at all. The cream itself is so mild that it did not sting my face nor cause it some adverse reaction even when I had the sudden tweak in my skin care routine. However, it did not significantly lighten marks nor prevent pimples which is still okay for me as it is a good lightweight moisturizer that does not trigger excessive sebum production.

Overall, I like these products though I am not sure if I should repurchase as my being a blogger requires me to try out other products although I'm sure that I would highly recommend this simple skin care set to organic lovers out there! I'm sure, with all the organic and natural ingredients Pure Skin Rituals products have, there is no need to worry for any health-related side effects!

So tell me if you decided to purchase one! Happy blogging! :)
