Himalaya Herbals Clear Complexion Whitening Face Scrub Review

Himalaya Herbals Clear Complexion Whitening Face Scrub
Bought for: Free with SR points | SRP: P99/50 ml
Bought from: Sampleroom

As I have told you a hundred times, though I'm not really proud of it, I'm breaking out badly. A lot of people approach me saying, "nagkaka-pimples ka ngayon ahhh..." or "bakit tinitigyawat ka ata?". They don't intend to hurt my feelings, I know that very much, but these statements really had me going looking for preventives and made me extra careful with my skincare routine. I've  long emptied my all-time favorite St. Ives Blemish Control Apricot Scrub, I never repurchased until just this week, and I thought it's just perfectly fine to let go of scrubs in my daily regimen. It was very stupid of me because my skin seem to miss exfoliation and ever since I stopped, clusters of whiteheads and blackheads seem to resurface nonstop. My skin looked so dull, sallow and blemished, I've never wanted a nice exfoliating and brightening scrub so badly! Good thing, I had this Himalaya Herbals Clear Complexion Whitening Face Scrub in my stash. Was it able to do a great job? Please keep on reading!

Claims
A complexion enhancing face scrub with mild exfoliants that brings out skin’s natural fairness. It has Licorice, White Dammer, and Apricot granules that help regulate melanin synthesis as it gently scrub away dead skin cells, blackheads, and deeply embedded dirt for that visibly soft and glowing skin.
KEY INGREDIENTS: (1) Licorice and White Dammer - Has skin whitening and antioxidant properties that help to lighten skin tone and inhibit melanin synthesis. (2) Apricot – Gently exfoliates dead skin cells.

Packaging

The product comes in a flip cap tube which easily dispenses the amount that you want to use. This also ensures that application is not messy and unhygienic. The product displays all necessary information too such as its claims, direction for use and the list of its ingredients. It also has its expiry date printed on the upper back part of the tube.

Texture, Scent and Ease of Application

The product comes in a lightweight cream consistency, definitely not as creamy as St. Ives, but still creamy on its own. It has a soapy scent but with a bit of chemical that I can't tell whether I like it or not. Again, I'm not particular with scents so it does not bother me very much. The scrub itself comes in a blush pink color and as expected it has minuscule beads on it. It is so easy to wash off and does not leave a sticky residue.

Performance

In all honestly, this is my first time trying out a facial scrub other than St. Ives'. That goes without saying I only have St. Ives to compare it with. Sure, this product does exfoliate the skin a bit and that's exactly the problem. The grains are too sharp but too few to get rid of rough spots on the skin.  If you are to use it, I would suggest you take a careful scrub with it as it can scratch your skin. It's also not really whitening nor even brightening even after weeks of usage. Still, I like that this product is non-drying and does not break me out.

For its price of P99, I wouldn't complain much especially these are made of herbal extracts that are healthy for the skin. But I don't think I would repurchase as I find St. Ives Scrubs (you get 170g for only P205) offer a better value for money and is more effective in terms of whatever factors there are.

Have you tried Himalaya Herbals Clear Complexion Whitening Face Scrub? How was the experience?

Dermcare Pimple Acne Treatment with Seaweed Mask Review + Dermcare Services and Promo Packages

Dermcare Pimple Acne Treatment with Seaweed Mask
Price: P650/per session

Two weeks ago, I went to Dermcare in their SM Valenzuela branch to claim the Diamond Peel that I bought from Metrodeal. I was supposed to redeem the voucher but ended up doing the pimple facial treatment instead because the lady told me I had a lot of pimples that Diamond Peel may exacerbate the infection even more. I was scared to take a risk so I opted to pay extra (though I was running out of cash) for the treatment and make a mental note to have the Diamond Peel just later on when my skin (if ever) heals. After that first session, the lady who did the facial suggested that I come back two weeks later to see if I can already have the Diamond Peel but then I came back with few more breakouts so we decided to settle for another Pimple Acne Treatment with Seaweed Mask just to be sure. Today, I’m going to share with you how I survived, kidding, how my skin has been after two sessions of Dermcare Pimple Acne Treatment with Seaweed Mask.

Upon entering the clinic, I was really in awe with Dermcare's interior. I wasn't able to take lots of pictures because I went there alone and I couldn't imagine what the staff would think if they caught me taking pictures of every corner of the salon--they don't know I will write about them, after all. The olive green and plum theme looks so lavish and I was greeted with a huge flattering mirror upon entering the clinic. The overall setup was so enough to help set the mood for relaxation.

I didn't ask for the names of the skin consultants but some of them were snob, some of them greeted me with a warm smile. I don't intend to bad-mouth them but I expected them to be at least quite more accommodating and engaging, after all, my face was just about to get murdered! Upon entering the clnic for the first time, a lady ask me to wash my face first. I was struggling with all the things I have with me, didn't know where to put them and it seems like they don't even care. They didn't even lend some help or inform me where I can put my things down for the meantime. Imagine, the first step was already a struggle!

There is a designated area for washing the face and they even provide facial wash, towels and tissues--all neatly organized beside the sink. I have been to only two facial salons aside from Dermcare and neither of them has this feature. Some people might prefer the estheticians do the cleaning while they lie down in bed, others, like me, think it's very much hygienic that we get to deep cleanse our faces thoroughly with facial wash and water first to ensure better treatment absorption before we let the specialists do the rest. Who knows how much gunk was stuck on our faces especially after a day under the sun and pollution!

So after washing my face, I pat it dry with some tissue paper and asked a lady where I could put the trash. She said "Ilagay mo na lang kahit saan diyan, ma'am. (with a bit of a lazy and commanding tone)" and I was like, seriously? Can't they provide a trash can? Luckily, the girl who was assigned to me was very timid but polite. She was also the one who did my facial the second time!

After that, she instructed me to lie down on my designated spot. There were four beds beside each other and are just separated with sheer white curtains. There weren't enough space to move and privacy 'cause the beds are so close together. I didn't know where to put my things either. The second time was easier 'cause I seem to familiarize myself with the place already.

And there the terror began...lol. She put some cream on my face, maybe to help my breakouts and pores loosen and open up, before the usual ozone steaming that lasted about 15-20 minutes. After that, she used a suction tool on my face meant to remove dirt and stuff. Again, the photos are very limited 'cause I went there all by myself. After that, the horror truly began when the lady started all the pricking and extraction of blackheads and whiteheads.

I really had lots of tiny pimples the first time I went there so only you can imagine the pain I've been through. I was trying to project a calm face but I couldn't help it! It felt as if my skin was being murdered! The lady doing it with a slightly heavy hand didn't help either. Ganun naman talaga, masakit magpa-ganda. I was crying most of the time and felt relieved when I saw how much dirt was removed from my face. The picture below could not compare to how much dirt and sebum were extracted from my face the first time I underwent the facial. Gross, right?

After all the pricking, she put some cotton soaked in cold liquid treatments on my face which stings a bit especially on areas where I had the extraction. According to her, it was an antibiotic meant to dry the pimples and prevent further infection. This lasted for about 10-15 minutes. After that, she used a laser tool (if that's what you call it) to close the pores. I opted for an add-on Seaweed Mask, the reason why I paid P650 instead of P550.

Sorry for the puffy eyes. Is it obvious that I cried?

After the laser part, the lady put a netted cloth on my face, then apply some green-colored seaweed mask. This seaweed mask is very cooling and it helped alleviate pain and redness. She even put cold cucumber on my eyes, now it's more like facial advertisements I see in tarpaulins! The first time I had this treatment, the lady didn't put some cut cucumbers on. What was that all about? I don't know. After 20 minutes, the lady wiped off the mask with a warm cloth and applied some moisturizer on.

After the facial, the lady asked me to sit and she did a bit of a back massage. The second time really was more comfortable 'cause the lady engaged me in a small conversation. She even instructed me not to wash my face for 24 hours and suggested I buy their Clindamycin to help dry my pimples. I've known this antibiotic because of Bioessence so I agreed. After the session, my face looks very red which is just an aftermath of facial. Good thing, I don't have work the next day.

Overall, I like Dermcare Services. My face was soft and smooth the following days though I have to really work hard to remove the blemishes it created. The facial worked well with my current skincare and I'm looking forward to lesser breakouts now! I am yet to have my third session and would probably just stop after I got rid of most breakouts. All I wish is for the estheticians to be friendlier and also, the sheets and bedding to be cleaner.

For your information, here's Dermcare's list of hair, skin and body treatments.

Maybelline Dream Velvet Soft-Matte Hydrating Foundation in 60 Sandy Beige Review

Maybelline Dream Velvet Soft-Matte Hydrating Foundation
Bought for: Sale at P350 | SRP: P499
Bought from: Lazada Philippines

We are all familiar with Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundations that I am so aware that when it was first launched, bunch and bunch of this foundation were sold right away for the first few months. I even had to force myself to settle for a wrong foundation shade back then just to be able to snag one. I wasn't able to use it because I figured out the shade was something I can't really wear for the indifference to skintone was just so obvious. As a result, I sold it away.

Just last December of 2017, I was able to snatch one in shade 05 Sandy Beige which is the closest for my skin tone. T'was for fair skinned gals with warm undertones. Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundations has limited shades so I'm quite lucky that I can consider one among the shade range it offers. Spoiler alert: this foundation didn't work much for me.

Claims
Dream Velvet™ Foundation. Maybelline's first soft-matte hydrating foundation: no drying, no roughness. Feels fresh as it covers. This foundation hydrates skin for 12 hours and delivers a soft matte finish for velvet-smooth perfection. No drying or roughness. Ideal for normal to combination skin.

Packaging

The product comes in a sturdy plastic tube packaging that aside from being so thin and travel-friendly, it's also very hygienic to use. It comes sealed with an aluminum foil and being in a tube-type packaging, you can easily control the amount you want to use. It also displays necessary information about the product itself: claims, directions for use, ingredients and manufacturing date.

Scent

It has a typical chemical foundation scent but it's quite subtle so it does not bother me very much.

Texture and Ease of Application

This product comes in a mousse formula that a little goes a long way. I normally would squeeze a pea-sized amount of the foundation on my skin but I notice that I can only use just half of it which is quite nice as it offers a good value for money. I know a single tube with 30ml of product inside would last a long time.

I have tried using this foundation using a stippling brush and a damp sponge and I notice that it offers better coverage using the latter. It sets easily once blended but tends to look a bit streaky so I think you better watch out for that. Take this as a warning, but don't over apply as it tends to look cakey. If you don't have oily skin like mine, since it sets soft matte, I think you can already get away with only your foundation and a nice setting spray.

Coverage, Longevity and Performance

A small amount gives a medium coverage. I have several blemishes due to breakouts and the foundation seems to blur them a bit though they are still peeking through. I like it though so my skin can still breathe. Additional layer could provide a full coverage which I really don't opt for 'cause it looks awfully cakey and unnatural. The first time I use this with two layers on, I had to wash off after 4 hours for it doesn't look quite nice. Combined with oils, my foundation looks like it was floating. I gave it another try with using only a sheer layer and it looked a bit better but still turns cakey a few hours later (4 hours).

Not only that, but the foundation seem to move and settles on my dry patches. I have oily skin with some dry patches due to the skin care that I'm currently using to dry my pimples. This is safe to say that the foundation isn't very long-lasting and is non transfer-proof. I could clearly see the foundation marks on my fingers whenever I touch a part of my face and no setting powder seem to help it stay put. Even though this foundation dries matte, my face just becomes so oily after. I have to complain because much of my time I'm wearing it in an air conditioned room!

I won't let a single foundation ruin my love for Maybelline products and I'm still looking forward to the best things about this foundation. For one, I'm quite surprised that this foundation does not oxidize on me. Even with all the commute and Philippine heat and humidity, this survive on my skin for a good 8 hours without turning shades darker and with constant blotting every now and then of course. It does not turn orange-y on me like some other foundations would. Though it clings on dry patches, it would still be able to make my skin look more even-toned and it doesn't feel sticky and uncomfortable on the skin even when I oil up pretty bad.

Overall Thoughts

I have tried this foundation with a bit of a tweak in tools and makeup products I use it with approximately 4 times now. I tried changing either the primer or the setting powder but nothing seem to make it blend seamlessly on my skin. I couldn't agree more that skin condition plays a huge part in your overall look whether you put makeup on or not. I believe my skin isn't in its best condition right now so it must have something to do with it. Still, why I opt for makeups is because they are supposed to enhance the skin, not enhance all the imperfections it currently shows. This foundation just does that. I will give this foundation another try when my skin heals and let's see. I'll update you on that. For now, I won't be a hypocrite saying I like this foundation and it's perfect for beginners. I didn't like it, to be honest but I'm willing to give this another try after all, it didn't clog my pores or break me out.

Have you tried Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation? Has it been the same with you or not? Share it down below! Happy blogging!

Glowing Skin With Precious Skin Thailand Extra Gluta White Collagen Mask Review

Precious Skin Extra Gluta White Collagen Mask
Bought for: Super sale at P11/each | SRP: P70+
Bought from: an online shop

Recently, I reviewed Precious Skin Thailand Extra Pure Gluta White Soap which I use in conjunction with these bleaching masks which I bought last time when Shopee had this 11-peso sale for some random items. It was not my intention to try Precious Skin Thailand products, in fact, that was the first time I encounter the aforementioned brand. But since it opened up opportunity to try a Thai skincare product, I bought these and what else can I lose aside from a crazy few bucks, right?

When I bought all 9 masks. apart from the soap and a few eyebrow products, I didn't know they were so close to the expiration date--February 16, 2018. The seller and I came to an agreement and she was nice enough to tell me she had no idea that the batch was about to expire this year. She was apologetic and told me she'll have it refunded and I could get to keep the masks in compensation. I don't think I'm supposed to use all these like every day but since I don't have a choice (I don't want them to go to waste anyway), I emptied all 9 boxes in a span of 2 weeks! I know that review will be much more accurate that way, although I admit, I didn't consider the side effects. I just realized that thinking about those is just a waste of time for I hadn't experience one!

Claims

Intensive whitening body mask with Glutathione and Nano Collagen Extracts, which help to whiten and firm your skin effectively. Within only 20 minutes, your skin will be permanently whiten.

Packaging

Packaging is very simple--the box displays all necessary information and the product itself is enclosed in a gold sachet that can be tore off easily. It displays the claims and ingredients written in English which I really do appreciate. Some manufacturers seem to forget they have international users too. The short list of ingredients surprises me as well for I know I'm not putting a lot of chemicals on my skin. One sachet is good for the whole body.

Scent, Texture and Ease of Application

The mask comes in a creamy, white formula like a mousse and blends easily on the skin. It washes off easily as well without any trace of white cast. Upon application, you'll feel the soft, creamy lather that smells so yummy. I love it as much as I love the scent of the counterpart soap!

Performance

Before I delve into the product's performance, let me tell you that you have to use bleaching masks with caution. Masks like this contains some strong chemicals that may not be suitable for sensitive skin or make it more sensitive to the sun just like most whitening products. So if you are quite sensitive to one or a few chemicals on the ingredients list, better do a patch test first. How? Put a small amount on the inner lower arm, let the mask sit there overnight and if you develop bumps, redness and itchiness or any other signs of allergic reactions, better not to proceed applying it to the rest of your body.

I didn't experience any redness though upon application so it's either my skin isn't as sensitive or that the product is just gentle enough for every day use. What I notice though is that a few minutes after application, my skin felt some mild tingling sensation on my arms and legs. I refrain from scratching as this might aggravate the itchiness or worse caused cuts and bruises. I actually thought it won't suit my skin but I held on and waited until 20 minutes of my soaking's up. I pat my skin dry after rinsing everything and immediately did a thorough checkup should there be any redness but there was none.

I noticed that every application, the tingling sensation lessened a bit and figured out it might be because of the active ingredients working to brighten the skin. After using all 9 boxes, using it either everyday or every other day depends if time permits, I didn't experience any long-term redness, itchiness or even breakouts. I even tried the mask on my face one time and it wasn't stingy at all! I just stopped putting it on my face at first use because this product is very drying. I expected it even before committing to trying so I wasn't so surprised. Good thing, I had a heavy-duty moisturizer at home so I can easily put a remedy to dry skin after bath.

So was it effective?

Yes, it is! My skin hasn't lightened significantly but using 9 sachets yielded me a brighter skin complexion that is at least a tone lighter. Do take note that I don't leave the mask very long sometimes because I'm late for work (and I abhor wrinkled skin during bath) but still I noticed that my skin became softer, brighter and pinkish after every use! My skin became much more even toned (especially my wrist area) though not so completely but it's already a huge feat to begin with especially using an affordable product. Using these religiously will surely yield a really nice result if you don't mind spending for high maintenance product and that if you are patient enough. I like my skincare fast and easy so I couldn't commit to using these often--once a week for me would be enough if I want to get rid of dull skin.

If you have a lot of time to spare for skincare products, this one if perfect to use! It's worth a reasonable amount of money and is effective all the same!

Precious Skin Extra Pure Gluta White Intensive Whitening Soap Review

Precious Skin Extra Pure Gluta White Soap
Bought for: P11 | SRP: P50 and above
Bought from: an online shop

A few weeks ago, Shopee had this sale where random products were marked off from more than hundred bucks down to merely P11. Was it 11th of January? I can't really think straight right now for I just got home from a night shift. That doesn't mean I'm insanely light-headed while writing this though haha! What I will be sharing with you today is this Precious Skin Extra Pure Gluta White Intensive Whitening Soap which is originally manufactured in Thailand.

I am not a really huge fan of Thai products even though they are so popular in the cosmetic industry for their effective yet affordable price tags. Well, to be honest, I only know that their surgical treatments are super inexpensive and their beauty products are comparatively cheaper compared to Korean products. This is why as a beauty blogger, Thailand is one of the countries I've always dreamed to visit. No wonder women from around the world look up to Thai and Korean complexions for great skin care is very much apparent to the native women of both countries.

I was quite surprised with the ingredient list. What's on top are already key ingredients to healthy skin so it's good to know that beneficial ingredients are in higher dosages than other additives. However, just how much of these active ingredients are present in each soap? Do you think they are enough to do just what this product promises?

This soap comes in a pink box (or at least I could say pink is the dominant color?) with information written both in English and Korean. It doesn't display the expiration and manufacturing date though. I bought this with Precious Skin Extra Pure Gluta White Collagen Masks which I will review after this. I found out that the masks are expiring Feb 16, 2018. Since soaps have less liquid components, I believe it has a longer shelf life.

The soap comes in this opaque white bar with the name engraved on it. Tell you what, this is, by far, the best-smelling soap I have ever used. Oops, don't ask me what it reeks of 'cause you know I'm bad at describing scents. It smells more like candies--so yummy and sweet, I could forget this is a soap! This is very sudsy and I find that this easily melts of soap dishes so better store it in cool dry places to prolong its life.

I love the soap for its scent and using it in conjunction with the Collagen Masks (with twice application daily), I noticed I have achieved at least a skin tone fairer. Though I don't think this soap does much anyway  in terms of lightening the skin apart from making it soft and smooth. Since it has Glutathione on it, I thought that is worth mentioning.

This soap didn't make my skin feel itchy or stingy, neither it caused backne-s so I know this is gentle enough for everyday use. Even though it lathers well, I don't find it drying and with that, I think Precious Skin Extra Pure Gluta White Intensive Whitening Soap is worth a try. It didn't make it to my holy grail products, but if you are looking for whitening maintenance soap, I would suggest this soap to you--it's affordable after all and you don't have anything to lose!

Happy Skin Shut Up and Kiss Me Lip and Cheek Mousse in Summer Crush Review

Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me Lip & Cheek Mousse
Bought for: Free with SR points | SRP: P699
Bought from: Sample Room

I haven't got too much lip products on my stash so I'm always excited to try the new recruits. A few weeks ago, I was able to snatch a Happy Skin products from Sample Room during one of my frequent visit to my favorite sampling site. Happy Skin ain't no alien to me. I always read nice stuff about their best-selling Shut Up & Kiss Me lippies so it's my dream to be able to try one. Wish granted for I got this new Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me Lip & Cheek Mousse in the shade Summer Crush. I find the shade too bright so I thought it wouldn't look very nice on me. I thought bright colors would suit fairer skin tones and I'm not that fair to begin with. However, for no reasons, I kept on reaching for this one whenever I want to sport a fresh makeup look.

Claims
Pucker up with a power product that gives you double-duty beauty! The Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me Lip & Cheek Mousse is a lightweight product that can be worn both as a lippie AND as a blush! Wear it on your lips, or dot it onto the apples of your cheeks and blend for the ultimate flirty finish! Long-lasting and easy to blend, this 2-in-1 makeup must-have gives firmer, smoother, and better defined lips & cheeks to kiss!

Happy Skin Shut Up and Kiss Me Lip and Cheek Mousse comes in two shades as of the moment: Summer Crush and The Morning After. I was after the latter one for its muted shade, unfortunately, it was long sold before I placed an order. No regrets though, I'm loving what I got! What made it even a great value for money is the fact that it can be worn both as lipstick and a blush!

The product comes in this cute packaging with a pointed lip-shape applicator wand that distributes product evenly on the lips. This is quite pigmented and almost has the texture of a liquid lipstick more than a mousse. It feels very lightweight on the skin, offers a semi-matte finish without the dryness. Great for someone like me who has super dry and chapped lips!

Did I just read that it has SPF? Oh, great! I seldom encounter lip products that's SPF-infused so I'm glad Happy Skin which is a local product knows what to put on their products to make them stand out even more.

Summer Crush is a pink shade of liquid lipstick which I think is perfect for everyday makeup. It gives a flattering blush of pink on the apples of your cheeks or a sweep of color on your lips. You can apply it fully on the lips, or use it in ample amount to make it appear like a tint. Again, I prefer natural look everyday, so a little of this is all I need, after all, a little of this color goes a long, long way! You don't need too much to get rid of pale skin!

I really love how it glides easily on the lips while giving enough hydration and a good pop of color. I just don't find it long-wearing on the lips so reapplication is necessary. It only stays for about 4 hours with light drinking and eating. However, with a good makeup primer, this stays long on the apples of my cheeks for approximately 6-8 hours.

What I don't like about lip and cheek tints is that they tend to create sharp lines when applied on the cheeks but Happy Skin Shut Up and Kiss Me Lip and Cheek Mousse blends effortlessly even with just the use of your fingers!

Overall, I really love this product from Happy Skin. The texture feels so luxurious and the color payoff is something to die for. However, I find it a bit pricey if bought on its original retail price so I'm contemplating whether or not to get the other shade. If that's not a problem to you at all, I'm pretty sure you'll like Happy Skin Shut Up and Kiss Me Lip and Cheek Mousse in totality! This is definitely a great buy!

Hey! Deux Yeoza Rapunzel Hair Moist Day and Enriching Night Leave In Treatments Review + Discount

Hey! Deux Yeoza Rapunzel Hair Day and Night Leave In Treatment
Bought for: Free | SRP: $32.50/each (Around P1625)
From: Charis Celeb

Recently, my hair has been acting up real badly. Aside from non-stop hair fall, I noticed that it was severely damaged--it seems like it was not properly taken care of. I felt a huge guilt 'cause my mane was something I didn't pay much attention to as much as with my skin. After I cut it short (I had the colored hair removed), I decided to tweak my hair care routine, switched back to the shampoo that works for me and use Moringa O2 2 in 1Anti-Dandruff Herbal Shampoo and Conditioner with Argan Oil simultaneously with my synthetic shampoo. I stopped using conditioners cause they seem to weaken my hair roots and just decided to incorporate some new finds from Charis Celeb in conjunction with my trusted hair care products. These are Hey! Deux Yeoza Rapunzel Hair Day and Night Leave In Treatments. Charis Celeb sent me these but reviews I'm about to tell you are with pure honesty and are not influenced by anything or anyone nor was I paid to do this.

Claims
What it is: A leave-in, daily nutritive treatment cream infused to nourish and repair dry or damaged hair. What it is formulated to do: The Rapunzel Hair Cream prevents hair from drying out, repairs split ends, and restores hair's body and shine. The non-oily, non-sticky formula deeply nourishes without weighing hair down or altering color. It delivers beautiful shine and a subtle scent.

Packaging

Packaging wise, they are both lovely and the combination of peachy pink and blue just looks so girly. I was surprised that these came in huge tubes with aluminum seals that I just can't stop thinking how long these would last me, after all, I just need these at least twice a day and each comes with 180ml of product inside. By the thought of it, it will be with me for months and that's already an excellent value for money!

Although it looks as if all claims and stuff were very detailed, I don't read Korean so I would appreciate if it's written in universal language. What I can read are only the names and the expiration date lol. Good for you if you can read Korean! Good thing, there's the application of Charis Celeb where you can read what's it for. In terms of directions for use, thinking they are typical leave-in treatments, which indeed they are, I'm pretty sure we all know the drill.

Scent, Consistency and Ease of Application

In terms of scent, both of which has really nice scent that lingers especially the Moist Day. To be honest, this is the scent I would want in perfumes! If ever they would come up with a counterpart perfume, I would surely hoard!

Moist Day comes in pink colored cream while Enriching Night comes in white. Both are easy to apply, lightweight and non-sticky. I just find that the Enriching Night is more liquid-y but is more moisturizing--something I don't doubt since it's mainly for nourishing and repairing the hair while you sleep so it needs to be more potent.

The thing with hair care products is that they make my hair oily and they seem to weigh my hair down, making them flat and lifeless. I didn't experience anything with Hey! Deux Yeoza Rapunzel Hair Moist Day and Enriching Night Leave In Treatments. They are just so lightweight yet provides hydration and nourishment for the hair.

How to apply:

I guess we just have to follow our own steps in terms of applying these to our hair--whichever works for you best. But what I do is to apply a generous amount on my hair starting mid-length to the roots and then brush my hair to distribute the product evenly onto each strands before stylish my hair. I just had my hair blow-dried on the photo down below. Sorry for the messy background!

Performance

These products have pure natural extracts that protect the hair. Moist Day has Super Berry Complex, Ceramide NP and Sunflower Seed Oil while Enriching Night has Theobroma Cacao Seed Butter, Mango Seed Shea Butter and Hydrolyzed Collagen and Keratin. Most of the benefits of these ingredients are unfamiliar but who cares, forget about those as long as they work!

With these two in my beauty arsenal, my hair couldn't be more manageable, softer, smoother, shinier and healthier than ever. They actually work overnight as I notice my hair looks like it was well-maintained the next morning. I advise that you use them frequently for optimum results.

I know you find these products promising and I would say they really work. I couldn't forget you so I'm giving these to you for a discounted price! Just visit my Charis Celeb profile and there you can take advantage of the sale price! You can also visit @charis_official for more information!

Update (May 23, 2018):

I keep using this after I dyed my hair about 4 days ago before going to work and before sleeping and I love how it gives a surge of moisture on my hair without weighing it down!
