Last April 30, we had our summer getaway at Hana Natsu Pool Resorts at Morong, Bataan. I tried swimming again to practice what I learned from all the swimming lessons I had been since grade school. I don't have water phobia or what but I'm scared to waters taller than me lol. Anyway, it was my chance and I enjoyed it because the pool was wide enough and it's only us who had the guts to bask under the sun for hours and it seemed like we had the pool all to ourselves. I swam from 12 noon straight up to 5, paying not much attention to all tan lines which developed haha! My skin eventually turned itchy and dry afterwards. After that long dip, I figured out I'm not a hundred percent sun-proof even with that layers of sunscreen on and so I was so right to include Belo SunExpert After Sun Gel on my summer essentials! It provided relief to my sun-stressed skin. Here's a brief review to something that deserves a feature!

The product is housed in a plastic squeeze tube with a flip cap that is both user and travel-friendly. It is so easy to dispense product in this type of packaging as you can control the amount to use. It also has tight covers so the product does not leak. The information displayed is satisfying as well as it provides all needed information such as claims, ingredients, direction for use as well as the expiration date. Good thing this product has a shelf life of more or less three years (correct me if I'm wrong) but I know it will be emptied only in a few day's time.

SCENT

Like what I always say, I am not particular with the scents of products as long as it is not unbearably awful but for some who are picky in terms of product's scent, you might find something unlikely about this. I can't really describe it (you know I suck at this), but for me, it smells something strong and overwhelming.

TEXTURE / CONSISTENCY / EASE OF APPLICATION

After I squeeze the product onto my palm, I know this is something I will love to bring to more of my summer getaways. With it's translucent shade and runny formulation, it deserves a spot on my list of summer skin companions. Because the weather is unbearably hot and humid, it just feels so right investing on a sun care product that is lightweight on skin, barely-there, but does its job pretty well. Belo SunExpert After Sun Gel gets absorbed easily by the skin, a little sticky at first, but goes away after few moments.

PERFORMANCE

Belo SunExpert After Sun Gel quickly and effectively moisturizes and hydrates skin after it lost its moisture from dipping whether in pools or open oceans with its Almond Oils (a good emollient known to give skin the proper moisture it needs) and Skin Vitamins that restores youthful skin even after basking under the sun for hours. It is also gentle on skin and soothe it with its mild formulation. I remember being sunburnt on some parts of my face and I quickly get rid of them after a couple of days with the help of this product.

OVERALL THOUGHTS

I am definitely betting on this one and would highly recommend to beach lovers out there! What else to say? With only P249, you can get a tube with 100ml of product inside! I think I would be able to use this for three more summer destinations. Next time you take a dip, don't forget to bring this to restore youthful, soft and smooth skin!
