Morphe M439 Deluxe Buffer Brush
Bought for: P900
Bought from: an online shop
I’ve said it a hundred times and I’m going to say it again out loud—I love makeup brushes. I recently hoarded a few sets and now I have more than what I’ll ever need for a polished makeup look. But guess what? I still dream of owning a lot more from brands like Spectrum, Marc Jacobs, Mac, Bobbie Brown, Charlotte Tilbury , Morphe, etc... Which is why I decided to get an individual brush from a retailer of Morphe to try out the ever-so-famous M439 Deluxe Buffer Brush.
I know you’ll find a lot of review and videos tackling what’s so great about this brush, but I think it won’t hurt to provide another review from someone who’s very picky with makeup brushes. Shall we start then?
CLAIMS
This full, domed brush has the density to apply foundation evenly and flawlessly. One of our most popular brushes for buffing foundation to an airbrushed finish.
Morphe M439 Deluxe Buffer Brush has a silver ferrule and a short matte black handle. It also has a weight to it so I can tell it wasn’t intentionally made to be a useless, flimsy product. The brand’s name and code are printed on the handle in silver fonts. I like that it looks very simple and professional, but I would appreciate little fancier features. The chubby handle gives me a good grip and aids in precise foundation application. And with its length, I find it very compact and travel-friendly.
The brush indeed has a full, domed head with dense two-toned synthetic bristles that is way softer than my actual hair. :D I like that the hair is so soft that they won’t prick the skin nor cause irritation. I am very particular with brush heads. I like face brushes that are huge and dense to cover a large area in a single motion. Huge face buffer brush gets the job done very quickly, saving you both time and effort. Moreover, I want the bristles to be velvety soft and not a single pokey hair because they can open up the pores and exfoliate skin in a very disturbing motion. This is not the case with this brush. It is just so light and soft and will blend your liquid products like a dream.
I’ve tried and washed this brush already and I’m pleased to know that it doesn’t lose its shape. When I first bought it, there were like a few hairs sticking out but that was it. I didn’t experience any major shedding afterwards. If you are looking for a high quality, reasonably-priced foundation buffer brush, I highly recommend Morphe M439 Deluxe Buffer. I can tell that it will last me a very long time and I’ll make sure to buy a backup soon.
Have you tried this buffer brush from Morphe? What foundation brushes do you recommend?
