Breakfast At Tito Pak's in Makati

Right after my shift (April 02, 2018), Adrian and I went out looking for a nearby food place for breakfast. Because we're almost done with all fast food, food stalls and restaurants around the area I'm working, we decided to give Tito Pak's a try. It's a restaurant serving affordable Filipino cuisines. I don't roam around much outside office but I'm pretty sure this is something new. It's just beside Watsons so I can't be mistaken haha!

The place was a combination of orange and green and some more earth-tone colors, preferable for those who have raging stomachs like we were when he had our breakfast. I remember back in college when I was taking an advertising subject, colors like yellow and orange are psychologically attractive to those who are hungry. I bet they are. Just think of Jollibee lol!

Overall, the place looks neat and serene, well, maybe because we had the entire store all to ourselves that morning. There's Sinagang Crispy Pata Soup available for self-service which taste nice. I can't help comparing it to Mang Inasal and I hope they serve Chicken Oils too!

So we ordered Crispy Pata (P119) when I was supposed to order Bistek, unfortunately, it's not available. It's served with their complimetary Atsara  and all-around Prito Sauce (slow cooked garlic sauce) which taste nice too. By far, I think it's the best garlic sauce I have ever tried. Although to be honest, we didn't enjoy Crispy Pata very well. By the name, it's supposed to be at least crispy, you know the texture you usually get with typical servings of Crispy Pata? I was looking for that. The serving is okay for the price but I hoped it wasn't what I ordered.

Adrian ordered for Gulaman (P32)--I think I drank most of it lol. It isn't too sweet, with a bit of a medicinal taste but I like it all the same especially how the Tapioca pearls and gulaman jellies were cooked. And it's so affordable! Below are the list of menu:

I'm willing to try other menus the next time and hopefully, I won't find it disappointing too.
