Updated Skin Care Routine (October Onwards)

Hi, guys! Just quickly dropping by. If you happened to read my previous posts, you will know that I suffered from breakouts. It was one of the most terrible breakouts I ever had so I thought that I should give my skin some rest, refrain from constant switching from one skin care routine to another until at least I get rid of them. I am not saying I would take it again for granted but I will be more careful the next time around. Anyway, I am very happy to share with you the products that I am currently using. Though I am so delighted I tried them, it does not mean that I no longer get zits. I still do actually, but this time, they are much smaller and less severe than before.

1. Liquid Neutrogena Pure Mild Facial Cleanser

This facial wash lathers gently on skin but enough to remove oil and dirt on the surface. It stings once accidentally get in the eyes so be careful on that part. This facial wash does not leave skin taut nor dry, however, I still need to double cleanse to really remove deep-seated dirt.

2. Clean and Clear Active Clear Acne Marks Cleanser

This facial wash is what I use to double cleanse. This is very mild, lathers gently without causing any irritation and its formulation is non-drying, therefore perfect for oily skin.

3. St. Ives Blemish Control Apricot Scrub

This scrub will always be a major favorite. This is definitely super duper effective in buffing away rough areas on skin to reveal soft, smooth, bright and clear skin! Worth your every penny, it is!

4. Eskinol Pimple-Fighting Facial Deep Cleanser

I never believed my friend, Aim and my mom before that this cleanser is really effective but I regret not trying it out the earliest because it is so good and extremely affordable too! I love how this clear away deep-seated dirt and oil without making my skin dry.

5. Celeteque DermoScience Acne Solutions Acne Spot Corrector Gel

This spot-on treatment dries pimples if used religiously. However, I would say that its edge among other drugstore spot treatments would be its non-drying and non-flakiness (if this is a word) formulation and affordability too!

I have been using all these products for more than a month now and so far, so good! I did not include any moisturizer in this routine because it just tends to trigger severe oil buildup. For now, I'm in search for a dependable serum. Feel free to recommend!

Happy blogging!
