A freezing afternoon, everyone! This is the best time to squeeze ourselves back to beds and cuddle with pillows, right? I was kinda tempted but I know I had to blog lol. This time I'll be sharing my thoughts on Celeteque DermoScience Acne Solutions Acne Spot Corrector Gel.

The first time I went to a facial, my experience were really great. It even became greater when I started to use their facial set for acne-prone skin. It was the best period my skin has ever had. I am not blessed with pimple-free face but the world is like a wheel and at that moment, I was at the peak--I never get breakouts, my skin were significantly clearer and brighter, my dark acne spots were fading, Just as I thought my skin would never come back to what it was, everything changes when I started to change my routine. It was like using a series of 'products which work' and 'which does not work' equals terrible breakouts. Now, I'm finding it hard to regain the skin I once had. This led me to the search for holy grail products that aim to target acne breakouts. I came across a famous vlogger and she raves about this and so I thought my skin is not getting even better so what else to lose if I try, right?

I was quite disappointed with the size of the product when it came to my doorstep. The tube was so tiny with only 5 ml of product inside, though it's my fault I did not check it out first when I bought it online. I was thinking until when this would last me. Well, with the frequency of the popping zits I'm having, not a month. But then I realized that a teeny tiny amount is enough to cover zits. Size matters still though. However, the container is super travel-friendly, it can even fit pockets. ;)

I am really sorry I did not bother taking a picture of the squeezed product because I do not want to waste it huhu. Anyway, the liquid is pearly white in shade and is not too runny nor sticky in consistency. When applied on skin, it imparts a super refreshing/cooling effect which can instantly soothe zits especially those painful ones. Being a spot on treatment, I know that I must only intend to use it literally on my pimples but I like spreading it on my skin for added protection and to prevent future breakouts.

Application is twice a day after toning my face. I like to spread it on parts where I usually have breakouts-- forehead, cheeks, nose and chin, basically on the whole face lol--and even consider it as a light moisturizer for my oily skin. Though it claims to control sebum production, I still get super shiny all the time.

I like that this spot on treatment is hydrating without the sticky feeling. It is also effective in reducing the size of the breakouts overnight however, it would usually took me weeks before the bump really subside. I expect it to lighten marks as quickly as possible or prevent marks but no to avail. Unlike other spot on treatments which make skin flaky and dry, this one caused no peeling on areas around zits, all it ever do was slowly but surely reduce the size of a breakout.

Overall, I like Celeteque DermoScience Acne Solutions Acne Spot Corrector Gel but I would still prefer those that tame breakouts faster than this product could. On the other hand, I tried convincing myself that for its super affordable price, I can't really demand too much. So if you are really willing to wait for all your pimples to dry, this could do you great but if you are too impatient, I suggest you look for other heavy duty creams which probably meant spending more.

Have you tried this product? What do you think of it? Any spot on treatments to recommend?

Happy blogging!
