You can never argue with your moms when they tell you to eat greens because they are healthy foods. But greens are not always taken orally because you can also apply them to your skin! I know this summer is quite intense--add the fact that I'm too stressed of the whole adulting thing-y and work loads--so I guess it shows on my complexion.
