POND'S Flawless Radiance Derma+ All-in-One BB Cream (P389/25g)

Big thanks to Sample Room as I get updated every time Pond's releases new products in the market. I think they deserve a shoutout because they help with my 'late-bloomer' deficiency (lol). I am not sure (and I haven't made a background check either) if these are really the latest but I have witnessed how the brand always come up with even more innovative products from time to time. Need I say more how lucky I am to be able to snag samples for free with the use of just my points!

Today I will be sharing my very basic and lazy morning skin care routine with these products from Pond's. I will be sharing brief reviews too so if you are interested, please keep on scrolling after the short break!

POND'S FLAWLESS RADIANCE DERMA+ HYDRATING DAY GEL

Feel refreshed with the first ever light-textured hydrating gel from Pond’s Institute that has SPF 15 PA++ sun protection and DermPerfectTM Complex Technology for that spotless, pore-less, and luminous skin.

I use this gel right after cleansing or sometimes after patting on some AcneCure Clindamycin Solution. The pinkish and soft texture of the gel felt so good on the skin and my pores seems to just drink it up quickly. It doesn't completely dry matte but the dewiness is something that looks quite nice and healthy despite my oily skin. I can smell a strong hint of rose fragrance and I think some might find it bothering.

What I like about it is that it's very lightweight and it preps the skin for the next step. I rarely encounter gel moisturizers with SPF on so that's quite interesting. Using it together with the cream gives me a decent amount of sun protection suitable for daily use.

If you are to do quick errands or getaways perhaps, you can just simply bring the jars with you as they are so travel-friendly. The tiny jars are made of hard plastic so they are not prone to damages. The good thing is that they are being sold in both sampler and full size jars so you can choose whichever is more appropriate. I hope Pond's could sell them in sachets too as it would come very efficient when you're broke. Pond's, it's possible, right?

POND'S FLAWLESS RADIANCE DERMA+ MOISTURIZING DAY CREAM

Infused with DermPerfectTM Complex Technology, Pond’s Flawless Radiance Derma+ Moisturizing Day Cream SPF 30 PA+++ deeply moisturizes and protects the skin from the sun for a spotless, pore-less, and luminous skin. It combines the 3 derma treatment-inspired actions to strengthen skin’s natural energy deep inside, and help give a new level of flawlessly radiant skin.

Once my skin drink up all the remains of the gel (usually after about 5 minutes, yes, give your skin a break), I would then proceed to apply about half a pea-size amount of the cream. First of all, this is intended for those with normal to dry skin and I'm nowhere in between. My skin is so oily and too much moisture won't do anything good. Also, I find this cream just a little bit tricky to apply because too much can impart a ghostly look (prolly because of the SPF content).

What I like is that it's very blendable and the texture is so soft. Sufficient amount gives you a really healthy look that lasts all day. ALL DAY! I keep getting compliments saying my skin is looking good. That's a first especially my skin has never looked better after I had a chicken pox infection last April.

Despite being a for-dry-skin product, I find that it works well for those with oily skin too. It doesn't feel very heavy or tacky and it doesn't clog my pores. I have to be very careful when using Pond's because other range tend to give me adverse reactions like excessive whiteheads or pus-filled bumps.

POND'S FLAWLESS RADIANCE DERMA+ BB CREAM

I rarely apply makeup nowadays because I'm letting my skin heal first. But when I do, I just opt for a basic look with just a BB Cream, a blush, brow product, mascara and a tint. Every single time I use this though, my colleagues compliment how my makeup look so natural as if I am not wearing anything at all. It's like my skin but so much better. It has a sheer finish so you might want to top it off with a coverage setting powder if you really have to.

The sample I got was in the shade Light so you can only imagine how it appears so white on my skin. I counter this by using a darker shade of powder or just let it be as it oxidizes a little and blends on the skin after a few hours. I like using Pond's Angel Face Face Powders with this for an extra radiance.

To be honest, this BB Cream looks really good on my skin but layering all three products together makes me so oily. I pay less attention to it though as I can easily blot oils away with a few dabs of absorbent paper and then, my skin would still look good.

TEXTURE

I guess you know by now how I honestly swear by these products from Pond's. They are probably one of the best drugstore skincare products I have tried. Significant changes on my dark spots may take time (we all know miracles do not happen overnight) but the promise of radiant skin happens right away! Applying these products feels like luxury without the expensive price tags.

And did I tell you that I won the SR's giveaway which entitles me to free samples of their night cream and perfecting serum? By then, I can now tweak my night time routine and incorporate Pond's to it as well! I couldn't be more excited!
