While you and your boyfriend may go from watching movies and going to romantic dates to a more fun and adventurous activities together, both of you can also consider shopping as a bonding time (especially when you two run out of effortful things to do). I do not know with you two as boyfriend-girlfriend, but my boyfriend and I always meet halfway when talking about shopping. Well, not that we are both money-spender type. We could be tightwads sometimes, you know. I would say we're just being practical as we love to spend money on extremely sale items. You can say that we afford this particular item but would not splurge on it though because there could be shops who sell the same thing at a lesser price. Yes, we both love to shop but know when the limit is already met.
Do you think we'd be a great couple? Hell, yeah! Anyway, the photo above shows some of the week's haul that we (and sort of his parents) bought on his summer visit here in the Philippines. Some of which will be included in the items to review.
He told me that his mom was the one who bought the Mustard Blouse for me as a present. While the Black Tokyo Top was from his father who bought it so Adrian and I would match in shirts. The Acnetrol Set was bought after I had my facial at Bioessence. He seemed so careful that he ensure I'll get all my pimples healed so he bought them for me (awww).
The Bench Dab of Love is the signature scent of Maine Mendoza. I discovered it while we were on bench to pick something up for him while I went to the perfume station. After that, I let him sniff my arm wherein I sprayed some of the perfume tester and forced him to agree that the scent is nice. He pulled me to the perfume station back and asked me which of them do I want. I said none and pulled him to the counter to pay for what he got for himself. I was really surprised how he was able to pull the perfume off without me noticing. He is sometimes so hard-headed, you know.
The Maybelline Superstay Better Skin and Milani Conceal + Perfect 2 in 1 Foundation are the only makeup items that we purchased at Chedelyn Cosmetics. I was supposed to buy myself a foundation so I drag him at CC's booth at the Trinoma's Pop Culture. I was torn between two foundations and he bought both for me. Awww.
Anyway, that's our haul for the week! As I have said, I will be doing a review for the perfume and the foundations soon after I road test each. Don't forget to subscribe! Happy blogging!
